First official Market!

Decided to bite the bullet Easter weekend.

With all that free time I banged out a couple little pieces for sale and set up shop at the Brookside markets.

It was such a wonderful learning experience! Sold none of my own stuff but received plenty of compliments. I brought along some of my participants stuff to sell as it's a trash and treasure market and clearly that was a good idea, it got people looking and even sold some of that stuff.

The other vendors at the market were lovely. The guy running a Dutch pancake stall told me it was a very quiet day, being Easter and all. And gave me some advice about square and the like.

The man on the other side of me, Joe, he sold plants was very welcoming and friendly and even shared some water and a Mandarin with me.

Only a little sunburnt on my face which was unexpected. Will wear sunscreen next time and I learned some other tips and tricks.

Will try and get out there again before mothers day and hopefully make some sales next weekend!
